Find a quiet workspace that is free of distractions and have the supplies you need nearby. Stay in tune with your mental health and keep all aspects of your mind healthy.<\/p>\n

The Heart component might include drawing, games, poetry, music, breathing exercises, journaling, social connection to teacher, friends, counsellors.<\/p>\n

Body<\/h3>\n
