Chaque jour on va se concentrer sur un nouveau projet cr\u00e9atif!<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s d\u2019avoir pass\u00e9 plusieurs semaines en confinement, ce n\u2019est pas surprenant qu\u2019on est parfois ennuy\u00e9. Mais l\u2019ennui m\u00e8ne \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9! Une \u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2014 par des chercheurs britanniques, publi\u00e9e dans la revue Creativity Research Journal, a trouv\u00e9 que l\u2019ennui nous rend plus cr\u00e9atifs. Deux groupes de participants ont d\u00fb trouver des id\u00e9es d\u2019usage alternatif pour des objets du quotidien. Le premier groupe commen\u00e7ait par une activit\u00e9 ennuyante quand le deuxi\u00e8me commen\u00e7ait tout de suite l\u2019exercice. C\u2019est le premier groupe qui a eu les meilleures id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, tu vas chercher des objets qui te portent du bonheur. Place tous les objets ensemble et prends une photo ou dessine l\u2019image. Nous allons revoir ces objets dans les semaines \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p>Partage ta collection d\u2019objets avec quelqu\u2019un dans ta maison et explique pourquoi ils te portent du bonheur. Research shows that boredom can actually enhance creativity so this time of isolation is a great opportunity to become more creative! Today, your child has the opportunity to practice their own creativity by gathering items that make them happy and either taking a picture or drawing a picture of their \u201chappiness collection\u201d. We will revisit this image in later weeks.
