Whenever we\u2019re struggling, it\u2019s great to go back to basics. So in an effort to keep it super simple, here are some easy ideas that kids love. Most of all, they will appreciate spending a little time together \ud83d\udc99<\/p>\n<p>Encourage your child to talk about their day using feeling words like happy, excited, and sad. Ask questions like, \u201cWas there a time when you felt frustrated today?\u201d Ask them to make faces that express these feelings.
