Ces vid\u00e9os vont t\u2019encourager de bouger et de t&#8217;entra\u00eener et de d\u00e9velopper le vocabulaire fran\u00e7ais. Chaque jour on va regarder une vid\u00e9o diff\u00e9rente. \u00c9coute et suis les actions dans la vid\u00e9o. Le mouvement est bon pour la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale. Invites quelqu\u2019un de venir te joindre pour faire les actions ensemble si tu le veux!<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, notre vid\u00e9o s\u2019appelle \u201cCardio Step Partie 2\u201d. Si tu veux revisiter le video \u201cCardio Step\u201d, cherche l&#8217;activit\u00e9 \u201cLa semaine du cardio #1\u201d.
