Take a drink after every set of three minutes.<\/h3>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"DANCEPL3Y - We Are One\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_cSjm3KG7w8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>If you can\u2019t watch this video then play some music and follow the steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Put your hands up in the sky and wave them side to side<\/li>\n<li>Open your arms up wide and again turn around<\/li>\n<li>Make a heart with your hands and keep turning around<\/li>\n<li>Show a silly gallop move with right hand up and left hand out and turn around<\/li>\n<li>Clap your hand and turn around<\/li>\n<li>Switch hands and show another silly gallop and turn around<\/li>\n<li>Clap your hands and turn around<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 4,5,6,7 four times<\/li>\n<li>Stand still, move forward (out) one step and one more step and jump high<\/li>\n<li>Repeat step 9 -8 times<\/li>\n<li>Stand on a spot, move sideways three steps right and jump<\/li>\n<li>Stand on a spot, move sideways three steps left and jump<\/li>\n<li>Repeat 11 and 12- 4 times<\/li>\n<li>Stop and stretch, get a drink<\/li>\n<li>Repeat steps 1-14<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">\n<h2>Reflection:<\/h2>\n<p>Notice how you are breathing?
