(switch between left and right foot)<\/li>\n<li>Stay still in this pose.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on your breath.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Easy Pose<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Sit cross-legged on the floor.<\/li>\n<li>Stretch both of the arms out, facing the palms up.<\/li>\n<li>Let your thumb touch your middle finger.<\/li>\n<li>Stay still in this pose<\/li>\n<li>Focus on your breath<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Crescent Lunge<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand straight<\/li>\n<li>Take a step forward, bend your knee.<\/li>\n<li>Rotate your upper body to be in a straight line with your bent knee.<\/li>\n<li>Lean your head backwards.<\/li>\n<li>Extend both your arms above your head.<\/li>\n<li>Lower the knee of the back leg and hold.<\/li>\n<li>Stay still in this pose.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on your breath.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Warrior Pose<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Stand straight.<\/li>\n<li>Take a big step forward with your left (or right) foot, bend your knee.<\/li>\n<li>Rotate your upper body to be in a straight line with your bent knee<\/li>\n<li>Extend your arms up in a straight line.<\/li>\n<li>Stay still in this pose.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on your breath.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">\n<h2>Reflection:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>What pose was easy for you?<\/li>\n<li>Which part of your body was more flexible?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Go through each of these poses, hold each pose for 1 minute.
