Below, families will find important information they need to know for the beginning of the school year.<\/p>\n<h2>School Information for Families and Caregivers<\/h2>\n<p>Our <a href=\"https:\/\/schools.wrdsb.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">School Year Information<\/a> website is now updated for the 2024-2025 school year. Please take a few moments to review this information.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The information applies to all students in the WRDSB<\/li>\n<li>School-specific information will be sent out by each school through their regular channels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important &#8211; Action Required<\/h3>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/schools.wrdsb.ca\/school-year-information\/action-required\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Action Required page<\/a> provides information to families about forms and paperwork that need to be completed and returned to your school at the beginning of the school year.<\/p>\n<h3>Elementary Class Assignments<\/h3>\n<p>To ensure the protection of student privacy, families and caregivers can use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.school-day.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">School-Day<\/a> to view your child\u2019s classroom information starting <strong>Monday, September 2, 2024<\/strong>. Please log in at your convenience and follow the steps to access this information.<\/p>\n<p>If you do not use School-Day, class lists will be available at the school on the first day of classes, Wednesday, September 4. In support of this, WRDSB has developed the Disconnecting from Work Protocol.
