The WRDSB BIEP has incorporated the requirements of the Ministry\u2019s Student Achievement Plan and ensured alignment with the WRDSB Strategic Plan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrdsb.ca\/learning\/board-improvement-and-equity-plan\/2025-26-board-improvement-and-equity-plan-biep\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2025-26 Board Improvement and Equity Plan (BIEP)<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>About the Board Improvement and Equity Plan<\/h3>\n<p>The WRDSB BIEP has performance indicators in four key areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrdsb.ca\/learning\/board-improvement-and-equity-plan\/2025-26-board-improvement-and-equity-plan-biep\/results-statements-for-2025-26\/#achievement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Achievement<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrdsb.ca\/learning\/board-improvement-and-equity-plan\/2025-26-board-improvement-and-equity-plan-biep\/results-statements-for-2025-26\/#success\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Preparing Students for Future Success<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrdsb.ca\/learning\/board-improvement-and-equity-plan\/2025-26-board-improvement-and-equity-plan-biep\/results-statements-for-2025-26\/#health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mental Health, Well-being and Engagement<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wrdsb.ca\/learning\/board-improvement-and-equity-plan\/2025-26-board-improvement-and-equity-plan-biep\/results-statements-for-2025-26\/#operations\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Service and Operations<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the 2025-26 BIEP Sovereignty, Human Rights, and Equity are represented and embedded throughout the plan.<\/p>\n<p>The creation of the BIEP was guided by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WRDSB Strategic Directions<\/li>\n<li>Priorities identified by the Ministry of Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sharing Outcomes<\/h2>\n<p>We are committed to sharing the outcomes of our efforts with you in late 2026.
