  1. <\/b>Family Letter and Forms – <\/b>Please be certain to use this form \/ information on school day as it informs parents about the potential risks, conditions, and what kids should bring with them.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In order to facilitate communication with parents and caregivers, feel free to <\/span>make a copy<\/span><\/i> of this OEE family letter template<\/span> OEE Field Trip Family Letter <\/span><\/a> .\u00a0 You will have to manually update your copy of the letter with information specific to your class and trip date.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Complete <\/span>IS-04-F-1<\/span><\/a> FIELD TRIP INFORMATION FORM and send it to parents.\u00a0 Your Principal will also need a copy of this form.<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Complete the Parent permission form <\/span>IS-10-F-2 Field Trip CONSENT form<\/span><\/a>. You can send printed permission forms home, use school day and\/or use a google form to collect parent permissions, per your school\u2019s direction.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Transportation Procedures<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      School staff are responsible for booking buses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      There is no cost to schools for OEE Centre visits.\u00a0 Busing costs for WRDSB Outdoor Education programs are covered by Learning Support Services.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Teachers are required to complete the <\/b>Off Campus Category 1 form <\/b>(IS-11-FA) <\/span><\/a>with Principal permission, including the bus confirmation number, and submit to<\/b> finance-off-campus@wrdsb.ca<\/span><\/a>. School staff are responsible for booking their own buses and recording the appropriate information on the <\/span>Off-Campus Excursion Category I<\/span><\/i> form (IS-11-FA).\u00a0 On the budget code line of the off campus form school staff should indicate <\/span>\u201cPaid for by LSS\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n
