I should only be a few more minutes before I am filtering and bottling.  It is an interesting day, having a mix of rain and snow, and more sap on the trees.  Our storage tank is getting low so I should be heading out to collect as soon as I finish the bottling.  I can actually see the ground around the base of the trees, now.
