Mrs. Solazzo caught a shrew in our school with her hat. She brought it to our class and we did some research on our Ipads. We discovered that he liked to jump and he was silly. He also liked to go under his water dish and push it over. He made tunnels in our aquarium. He had a long nose and a long tail. His eyes were very very tiny. He loved to eat worms. We bought him some mealworms and we feed him lots of them. In three days he ate 100 mealworms!!!! We even took a video of him eating the worms. We really miss him, but we had to set him free because he likes to live outside and it’s not fair for us to keep a wild animal inside. He also needs lots of food to survive. We think he will dig under the ground and find his family.
