Bedtime

Sometimes it’s all about the simplest things. Whenever we’re struggling, it’s great to go back to basics. So in an effort to keep it super simple, here are some easy ideas that kids love. Most of all, they will appreciate spending a little time together 💙

Choose a letter, and see if you and your child can think of a sentence using as many words as you can think of that begin with that letter. For example, if you chose the letter M, you might say something like, “My mother made meatballs.” What other M words can you both come up with?

Taking time to slow down and think encourages your child to use focus and control their behavior. Coming up with Dream Stories also encourages your child’s creative thinking. Bedtime routines not only help build your child’s brain, they strengthen the bond you have together.
