Creative Movement and Dance Activities
With summer, comes parties. While we may still need to maintain our social distancing, it doesn’t mean that we can’t have fun! Whether you are with your family, a small group of friends, or on your own, dancing is a great way to boost your mood and get everyone moving to the beat in, whatever way they want! Dancing is good for your physical, social and psychological well-being!
