Silhouettes of people dancingGet your dancing shoes on and play a game of Freeze Dance to a playlist of your favourite songs. Once the song stops, freeze in position like a statue. Or make it more of a game and stop the song a few times to have people “freeze” like a statue more often. Then switch roles, so everyone has a chance to dance.

Don’t have a playlist? Put on the radio or TV and use the mute setting when you want to “freeze”!

Love to sing? Sing with your back to your dancers, and when you want them to freeze, simply call “Freeze” and turn to see the fun statues they make.

Be creative and have some fun! Show off your best dance moves and be sure to get your family dancing too!
