Reading Prompts
Goals:
- Think about the reading you have done and share your thinking with others
- Represent a story (or scene from a story) visually
Think about what you have been reading over the past few days.
Was there a story or scene from your reading that captured your imagination?
Make a storyboard (or comic strip) that shows this scene. You can see an example here.
Questions to think about:
- What are the most important events you need to show?
- How many cells (pictures) will you need to tell your story?
- What characters will you include?
- Can you include speech bubbles to help tell the story?
Share your comic strip with someone when you are finished!
Other Opportunities:
- You could make a comic strip showing a favourite scene from a movie or TV show you watched or an audiobook you listened to.
