To help you identify winter birds, the Outdoor and Environmental Education Department has made a few resources. These print resources are a curated list of the thirty-four most common winter birds found in Waterloo. Print the checklist and take it with you when you go looking for birds. Use the white square beside each bird to tally the birds you see. Use a checkmark for every individual you see and then add them all up at the end.
