Connection Time

Sometimes it’s all about the simplest things. Whenever we’re struggling, it’s great to go back to basics. So in an effort to keep it super simple, here are some easy ideas that kids love. Most of all, they will appreciate spending a little time together 💙

During a calm moment, invite your child to come up with their own ideas for managing stressed feelings. You can make suggestions, such as using words to explain his feelings, hitting something that can’t be hurt, or counting numbers. Try out the ideas and brainstorm others.
