We want to share the latest offering to support families and caregivers ahead of the new school year. Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) are offering two caregiver information sessions about coping with chronic school avoidance.

Coping with Chronic School Avoidance

When students struggle and refuse to return to school, families and caregivers can feel frustrated, isolated and without adequate support.

This session aims to help and support families and caregivers to deal with the challenges of school refusal.

In-Person Session

When: August 28, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET

When: August 29, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. ET
