Watch this video and learn how to correctly do a lunge.
Lunge
- Stand straight in one place.
- Start your first lunge.
- You could put something soft (like a pillow) on your head if you like it.
- Then turn towards your right and lunge again
- Turn right again and lunge and repeat.
- Continue for 3 minutes.
- Take a 3-minute break and notice your heart rate.
- Start all over again.
