Things you need:
- Four Place Markers
Setup:
Divide a piece of scrap paper into four sections and label them 1 to 4.
Randomly place the following in each four sections
- Add
- Subtract
- Multiply
- Choose what number you want to use
Randomly add four workouts, one to each section.
For example:
- Burpees
- Jumping Jack
- Forward Lunge
- Sit-ups
Action
Choose a number
Ask parent/sibling to give you a number from 1-15. Be sure to pick two different numbers
Start in the first (1) corner and do the math and then do the physical activity that many times
(for example, you chose 5 and your sibling gave you 4 and you landed on the jumping jack and multiply corner – You will be doing 5×4 = 20 jumping jacks.).
Then go to 2nd, 3rd and fourth.
