Action:

Lunge

  • Stand straight in one place.
  • Start your first lunge.
  • You could put something soft (like a pillow) on your head to make it challenging for you.
  • Then turn towards your right and lunge again
  • Turn right again and lunge and repeat.
  • Continue for 6 minutes. Check your heart rate.
  • Take a 3-minute break and check your heart rate.
  • Start all over again.
