  • paper
  • a pencil
  • markers, pencil crayons, paints or pastels

Getting started

  1. Draw the contours (outlines) of the eye.
  2. In the iris and pupil draw something you are passionate about.
  3. Shade the iris and pupil.
  4. Shade the whites of the eye, tear duct and eyelid.
  5. Develop the skin texture around the eye.
  6. Draw the eyelashes.
  7. Add colour to your drawing.
