Using this heart shape or by drawing your own heart on paper, cut out a heart about the size of your hand.

On a blank piece of paper, trace the heart on your page. Trace it again in another spot and try to overlap a bit of the first heart. Do this again twice more and then look at the heart design that has been created.

Using some colours (paint, markers, crayons, chalk or pencils) colour in each piece of the “puzzle” a different colour. If you want, colour the background.

If you want, write a “kindness” message below and share it with a special friend or family member.
