A yellow hand, green hand and blue hand hold a red heart.There are only three main colours that make up all the other colours in the whole world. Without them there would be no colours. These three colours are red, yellow and blue. We also call these colours the Primary Colors.

What you will need:

  • a white sheet of paper to draw your hands
  • a pencil to trace your hands
  • a red, yellow and blue crayon, marker or pencil crayon

Instructions

  1. Trace one hand using the pencil and then trace the other hand.
  2. Choose red, blue or yellow to colour one hand. Choose a different colour for the second hand and the last colour for the background.
