Time:

30 minutes

Things you need:

  • running shoes
  • a water bottle

Action:

We are going to do a cardio circuit

  • Start first with mountain climbers then squat jump, after that, running on the spot and last jumping jack and then repeat!
  • Each move need to be 45 seconds long with a 30-second break in between
  • After each complete cycle take 2 minutes break, get a drink of water
  • Repeat 10 times

How-To

1) Mountain Climber:

  • Running the knees in and out from a push-up position.

2) Squat Jump

  • Bend your knees and descend to a full squat position. Jump up from this position and land back gently.

3) Running-on the spot

  • Stand in one place and imitate running on the spot

4) Speed Jumping Jacks

  • Jumping Jacks with a resistance band/towel
