Using a deck of cards, pick a card and do the exercise listed below

If you do not have cards, make your own by cutting 13 pieces of paper and labelling them “A, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, J, Q, K.”

Draw at least 10 cards.

Ace – 1 push-up
Two – 2 lunges
Three – 3 burpees
Four – 4 sit-ups
Five – 5 two-foot jumps
Six – 6 left leg hops
Seven – 7 right leg hops
Eight – 8 jumping jacks
Nine- 9 toe touches
Ten – 10 seconds of jogging on the spot
Jack – 11 skaters
Queen – 12 squats
King – 13 seconds in a plank position
