If you are looking for a simple strategy to calm your mind, without following the videos, here are some easy steps to follow to do some deep breathing. Find a quiet place free of distractions. Place one hand on your upper chest and the other hand on your stomach. After a short pause, slowly exhale while counting to three. Continue this pattern of rhythmic breathing for five to ten minutes until you feel relaxed.
