Today we are going to do some “Underwater” Yoga, but it is not exactly what you may be thinking. Practicing yoga in the water has great benefits, as you would be able to hold your stretches longer and balance more easily; however, most of us are not near water, so we are going to use our imaginations instead. We will be imagining that we are underwater and all of our poses will have an underwater theme.
