Calming our Minds and Bodies: Yoga, Stretching and Breathing Exercises

Yoga has many benefits for children and adults alike. It helps improve flexibility, strength, and coordination. In our often busy world, we may find ourselves rushing around and soon our children may learn to adopt this “hurry-up” lifestyle. Yoga can help bring a sense of calmness and relaxation to help us handle the everyday stresses we encounter and give our minds and bodies a much-needed break from the hecticness of life.
