Jaime, from “Cosmic Kids Yoga”, combines mindfulness and relaxation, with yoga. She engages children in interactive adventures, stories and sometimes songs, to help build strength, balance and confidence.

- “Frozen” themed yoga for the whole family, especially primary children
- “Pokemon” yoga for the whole family, but may appeal most to ages 7-12 years
- “Minecraft” yoga for any age, but specifically intended to appeal to tweens (9-13 years)
