Today we are going on a fitness adventure! This 8 minute, guided workout will have you competing in the hardest cycling event on the planet, The Tour De France! The Tour de France is an annual men’s multiple stage bicycle race, primarily held in France, while also occasionally passing through nearby countries. It consists of 21, day-long stages, over the course of 23 days. This year’s Tour de France will start August 29th and go until September 20th. If you have never seen or heard about this amazing race, it is your lucky day! We are going to pretend that you have just received a golden ticket to be part of the race! Simply find some space, and get ready to perform a fun 8-minute workout while you try and win the race and the yellow leader’s jersey.

Watch the video below, Tour de France, to follow along with the guided exercise.

Alternatively, take your own bicycle out for a ride. Be sure to let someone know where you are going and if possible, go with a family member or friend. Don’t forget your bicycle helmet, and follow all of the bicycle safety rules!
