Physical Fitness: Aerobic and Strength Building Exercises

“Would You Rather” do 20 jumping jacks, or 15 push-ups? Would you rather eat a raw carrot or a cooked carrot? In this fun workout, you will have a choice in the activities that you will do, but unfortunately, you won’t know which exercise you have to do until you make your choice!

Instructions:

  • Make sure you have a safe space to stretch and move in when you try these videos.
  • You will need to:
    • Answer each “WOULD YOU RATHER” question
    • Stand to the left or right of the room based on the choice you make.
    • Perform the exercise that matches the side of the room you chose.
    • Continue to play for all 10 rounds.
    • Have fun and enjoy some fitness fun with your family.
