Physical Fitness: Aerobic and Strength Building Workouts

Let’s have some fun with our workout today! I have created a “Wheel-to-Decide” Workout. Simply click on this link (Wheel-to-Decide), spin the wheel, and do the exercise that you land on.

  • Continue spinning the wheel, and doing the exercises, until you have landed on all of the options.
  • Choose a predetermined amount of time. How many exercises can you do in that amount of time?
  • Spin the wheel a certain number of times (e.g. 10).
  • Create your own “wheel to decide” workout and try it out with a family member.

Variations

  • Create a paper spinner by drawing a circle with at least 8 sections. Fill in each section with your favourite exercise. Use a paperclip and a pencil to make a spinner.
