Physical Fitness: Aerobic and Strength Building Exercises
Working out with short bursts of high-intensity activity, followed by brief intervals of low-intensity activity is what a HIIT workout is. It is good for our minds, as it gets the blood and oxygen flowing to our brains. This short, quick-paced workout also builds endurance, timing, coordination, and strength that is good for all ages.
As always, once you know the format, and the exercises you like to do, you can create your own fun workouts. To help keep us motivated, many of us like to workout with others. During this distance learning, we have turned to some fun, online workouts. Below you will find a few of my favourites. Have fun and get moving!
